varied breakfast friendly staff paid parking unlit area
the breakfast buffet had many choices of food. the staff helped with tips about the area!
parking cost 10 euros for the day! the parking area was unlit, and it was inconvenient at night.

diverse selection good shower
the breakfast was nice, i thought the selection was quite diverse. the room was spacious enough, i found the bed comfortable and the shower very good.
The room had a small window, it offered very limited visibility. I honestly didn't bother to open the curtain to look through it.

limited selection hallway noise
the breakfast wasn't great. the selection was quite limited, and the area felt cramped. also, I could hear EVERYTHING from the hallway, doors slamming and people talking. it REALLY impacted my ability to relax and sleep.

convenient location and nice rooms

great location subway stop one night
the location is great , it is close to the airport. the orient subway stop is right next door. i booked one night before flying home to the usa.
i heard the train station , it was noisy. the front desk clerk told me breakfast was not included. i found out on our last day that it was included.

Excellent Stay Near Oriente Station

convenient location welcome drink
the hotel location was a big plus (for me). it is right next to both the oriente bus and train station, made transportation easy. i also appreciated the welcome drink i received upon arrival.
i paid extra for a city view room. i was disappointed because the room had a small, narrow window. it was located in the corner of the wallwith very limited visibility.

the hotel has a modern lobby area (very stylish!). luggage storage is available without charge on the day of departure. the design features contemporary aesthetics with artistic touches, so the hotel is visually interesting.

persistent hum small towels
the room had a persistent hum i couldn't locate i suspect it was the ventilation system it made sleep difficult the small towels were annoying too i had to request larger ones i just wanted a proper shower after a long day traveling a minor inconvenience but still frustrating

wonderful stay near the station

great location train station cute notebook early check-in
the hotel had a great location. it was just across the street from the oriente train station. the staff were friendly. they even gave me a super cute notebook upon checkout. i was so grateful they let me check in early.
the music in the reception area was a little loud when i arrived.

my queen room was really clean and very orderly. the beds are comfortable. the room had wall decorations with black horizontal and vertical iron bars with a few hooks for clothes. it's designer's adventure!

The staff were amazing. they were always super friendly and helpful. the barista was really good even late at night. the hotel offered me a complimentary cocktail. It was tender. they are always going above and beyond.
